How does your media product represent particular social groups? (To illustrate)

Our film presents middle class teenage girls.

In the above picture, it shows that the girl has got lost in the forest. This portrays her as acting older than she is because she thinks that she is old enough to wander through a forest alone, but it has gone wrong and she has got herself lost.





The above picture shows That the girl is acting young as she has had to call her mother for help. This shows the middle class stereotype as she has had to rely on her parents for help in everything. It shows that she doesn't know how to cope with difficult situations, making her a very stereotypical horror teenage girl, as they often act dumb and that makes them vulnerable to the people trying to get them.

The above screenshot shows the teenagers as being close friends, making people from tight friendship groups relate to it as they will understand the things that girls go through together during teenage years.
